Aisha Jamila hinds is a famous American actor. She is known for her roles in the television series The Shield, and True Blood. In the years since her first appearance, she has shown her versatility by performing on shows like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. As of 2005 she gained attention first for her performance as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 The film was her performance as Fannie Lou (a woman's advocate for women's the rights of women) in the biographical All the Way film that earned her the attention of an actor. Hind was also acknowledged for her performance in the role she played as Harriet Tubman within WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television have renewed the third season of 9-1-1.
