Colson Baker (or Machine Gun Kelly) is known for his distinctive way of rapping. Baker was born 22 April 1990, in Houston Texas U.S. into a family with English Scottish and German descent. When he was a kid Baker spent a large period of his time on the road along with his parents who were missionaries. James Colson Baker battled depression as well as joblessness. His mom Sonia Alane dumped him at age nine. Baker and his father relocated to Denver, where they lived in the home of his aunt's father. Baker's lack of resources was a reason for the bullying of children in the area. The first time he heard Rap was in the sixth class. Colson Kelly was born Machine Gun Kelly on April 22, 1989, in Texas. With his music, he is well known for mixing modern hip-hop styles and rock. Baker has released four mixtapes over the years from 2007 to 2010 prior to joining Bad Boy Records. In the wake of delivering his lyrics faster than bullet trains, this Cleveland rapper saw a rapid climb to fame in the year. He went from releasing self-released tapes before the signing of labels. The career of this Cleveland rapper skyrocketed after he released his first mixtape in late the year.
